Ty Jerome opened the NBA season with 45 points against Utah, then followed it with 28 points and five assists against Golden State. He is rostered in 89.7% of ESPN leagues. The recommendation is to move him now while managers are chasing those numbers. His shooting pace is unlikely to hold through the full season, and both opponents he faced are off to slow starts.
Dennis Schroder, rostered in 9.7% of leagues, put up 25 points, six rebounds, four assists and three 3-pointers against Miami on Saturday. He has played for 12 teams across his career. Coby White is out with a calf strain, which has opened minutes for Schroder, and his role shrinks when White returns.
Jalen Smith has scored 14 or 15 points in each of his first three games for Chicago and is averaging 8.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals. He is rostered in 22.8% of leagues. The Bulls are thin at center, with Zach Collins and Tobe Awaka seeing limited floor time. Nic Claxton is working his way back from a hamstring injury.
Myles Turner has averaged 7.7 points and 4.3 rebounds over three games for Milwaukee. He was held scoreless in Saturday's loss to Philadelphia and played 20 minutes before fouling out. Kel'el Ware answered with 19 points, 13 rebounds, a steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 29 minutes. Turner is rostered in 52.4% of leagues.
Onyeka Okongwu has not topped 10 points or six rebounds in any of his three games for Atlanta. Aaron Wiggins, Jalen Johnson, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Dyson Daniels and CJ McCollum have all started strong. Okongwu recorded his first block and steal of the season on Saturday. He is rostered in 80% of leagues.
Draymond Green has seven points, two blocks, one steal and one 3-pointer across two games. He sat out Saturday's second night of a back-to-back. Green is 36 years old, and both he and Stephen Curry have already received rest days. He is rostered in 26.7% of leagues.
The next set of games begins this week. Green and Curry's availability will be watched as the Warriors manage their minutes.
